GRADES 3-8 (full-day program)

Our camp will place a strong emphasis on grade level, high energy, positional skill development, a foundational understanding of schemes in both transition and the half-field, and foster a love to play the game fast!

Clinical instruction by our highly qualified staff will reach players at all levels and strengthen each player’s skill set. Daily instruction will include:

• Position/grade-specific training: Midfield/Attack, Defense, Goalie, F/O
• Small-sided, grade-specific, group-based drills
• Daily Competitions
• Daily Game Play

Daily Schedule:

Morning Drop Off- 8:30am
9:00- Stretch and Morning Talk
9:20- Individual Skill Development (Grade Specific)
10:00- Small-sided #’s Drills w/ emphasis on Unit (Offensive and Defensive) Development
10:45- Transition-Based Game Play
11:30-12:30- Lunch (There will be an option to purchase lunch each day)
12:30- PM Stretch/Agility Exercises
1:00- Instructor Demonstration
1:15- Game Play
2:15-Daily Position Specific Competition
2:45- Staff Talk w/ Campers
3:00- Pick Up

This program is created for athletes to develop and foster a love for the game with a positive, up-tempo approach to lacrosse. Creating a strong foundation starts with using the right tools. Our coaches will prepare our youngest campers with the fundamental skills to move forward with confidence. Daily instruction will include:
